Pinwheels for Chakras

Sometimes I move my breath up &

down my central channel in long, 

slow brush-like strokes.

Sometimes my chakras turn into colorful

little pinwheels, spinning on the soft sweetness

of my breath. 

Sometimes I can actually feel my prana

riding the breath, seeing it as light

& the pinwheels sparkle with color.

Sometimes the pinwheel chakras

turn into whirling vortexes of energy

leaving me feeling ethereal. 

Sometimes this whole experience

leaves me feeling beautiful & peaceful.

I like it, it feels good!
