        it’s a gift.

take it,    

       use it,

              change it,

make it your own.

use it to greet

               the sun, 

    to say a prayer,

to celebrate

           a sun set.

share it with

           loved ones,

     teach it to

your grandkids.

            use it any time

you want.

          don't make a

 big deal about it.

 if you have 5 minutes

do 2 sun salutations, if 

    if you have 

more time

do a 100!

         and smile

 while you

do them.
